How To Withdraw From An Event
Occasionally, you may need to withdraw from an event after you have registered. Here are the instructions for removing your name from the attendee list.
Withdrawing with more than 3 days (72 hours) notice:
- To withdraw send an email to: ISDirector@usfbap.org
- Someone from IS Support will email you a confirmation once your name has been withdrawn
Withdrawing with less than 3 days (72 hours) notice:
- If you wish to withdraw within 3 days of the scheduled event, it will be up to you to find a replacement. Send an email to ISDirector@usfbap.org with your name and the name of the member replacing you. Have the member replacing you send an email as well as confirming this replacement.
- Cancellations or “no shows” without providing a replacement will result in negative attendance points. This includes socials, fundraisers, and community service events
- Remember keeping your commitments is part of being an outstanding member of our community and reflects on BAP as a whole.
Excused Withdrawals
- Of course, there are times must miss an event for reasons outside your control. We realize you might not have time to find a replacement. Valid excuses include illness, death in the family, etc. It is not a valid excuse if class or work schedules conflict. These types of scheduling conflicts should be determined in advance.
