Occasionally, you may need to withdraw from an event after you have registered. Here are the instructions for removing your name from the attendee list.

Withdrawing with more than 3 days (72 hours) notice:

  • To withdraw send an email to: ISDirector@usfbap.org
  • Someone from IS Support will email you a confirmation once your name has been withdrawn

Withdrawing with less than 3 days (72 hours) notice:

  • If you wish to withdraw within 3 days of the scheduled event, it will be up to you to find a replacement. Send an email to ISDirector@usfbap.org with your name and the name of the member replacing you. Have the member replacing you send an email as well as confirming this replacement.
  • Cancellations or “no shows” without providing a replacement will result in negative attendance points. This includes socials, fundraisers, and community service events
  • Remember keeping your commitments is part of being an outstanding member of our community and reflects on BAP as a whole.

Excused Withdrawals

  • Of course, there are times must miss an event for reasons outside your control. We realize you might not have time to find a replacement. Valid excuses include illness, death in the family, etc. It is not a valid excuse if class or work schedules conflict. These types of scheduling conflicts should be determined in advance.
