We are working with a Client who is looking for part time accounting help.  Someone who can help with the bank recs and has some experience in a software system other than QuickBooks.  Looking for a self starter who can work with minimal supervision.  A degree is preferred but not required, 2 years experience with bank reconciliation can be substituted.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JR ACCOUNTANT

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.
• Reconciliation of Credit Card Receipts
• Invoicing of deposits
• Perform petty cash reconciliation
• Filing and other duties assigned

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• 3+ years General Accounting
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
