Program Commitment

We respect the busy schedules of our professional partners. The INSPIRE program is designed to be flexible and impactful:

• Tailored Pairings: You will be matched with a dedicated BAP member or a small handful of students for the semester, depending on current enrollment.

• Flexible Communication: You and your mentee decide on the method and frequency of communication that works best for your schedule.

• Optional Engagement: Mentors have the tentative opportunity to host office visits, allowing students to see the profession firsthand in your working environment.
