    PRESIDENT

    Aiden is completing his B.S. in Accountancy and Analytics with a minor in Psychology. After graduation, he will join Grant Thornton as an Audit Intern before relocating to Boston, MA to pursue the CPA. Outside of academics, he enjoys reading, writing, staying active, and exploring the USF campus. He is committed to fostering a supportive and engaged community within the Delta Gamma Chapter.

  • Salvador Pizano Jr.

    VICE PRESIDENT

    A senior in the Accounting and Analytics program, expected to graduate in December 2026. This is his third year at USF and his first semester serving as an officer with Beta Alpha Psi. He plans to pursue a master’s degree in Accounting and Analytics after graduation and ultimately earn the CPA. He is passionate about supporting others—especially within the neurodivergent community—and fostering spaces where differences are valued. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends, going to the gym, listening to music, experimenting with his home coffee bar, and hanging out with his cat.

  • Aryana Purvis

    TREASURER

    A senior in the Accounting program, expected to graduate in Spring 2026. This is her first semester serving as an officer with Beta Alpha Psi. She plans to begin the Master’s program at USF in Summer 2026 and has an internship with Mauldin & Jenkins lined up for the Fall. She values the friendships, mentorship, and professional connections she has built through the Delta Gamma Chapter. In her spare time, she enjoys playing video games, reading, playing piano, and spending time with friends and family.

    SECRETARY

    A senior majoring in Accountancy and Analytics with a minor in Marketing, expected to graduate in Spring 2026. This is her first semester serving as an officer with Beta Alpha Psi. She plans to pursue her master’s in accountancy at USF after graduation while preparing for the CPA, and hopes to eventually return to New York after spending time in the Tampa area. She values the personal and professional growth she has experienced through the Delta Gamma Chapter. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new places, creating new experiences, and spending quality time with family and friends.

    REPORTER

    A senior majoring in Accountancy and Analytics at the University of South Florida. This is his first semester serving as an officer with Beta Alpha Psi. His previous experience in marketing and public relations has strengthened his skills in content creation and social media engagement. He values the growth, connections, and mentorship he gained during his candidacy semester and is committed to supporting the Delta Gamma Chapter community.   • Doan Dinh

    INFORMATION SYSTEMS DIRECTOR

    A junior double majoring in Accounting and Information Systems with a minor in Risk Management. This is his first semester serving as an officer with Beta Alpha Psi. He is currently interning at a local firm and has found the Delta Gamma Chapter to be a meaningful source of mentorship, growth, and community. He looks forward to strengthening the chapter’s digital operations and supporting members through reliable systems and organized communication. In his spare time, he enjoys distance running, watching the NFL, and exploring new ways to improve the chapter’s technology.

Delta Gamma Faculty Advisors

  • Jennifer Cainas

    FACULTY ADVISOR

    Jennifer M. Cainas is a professor of instruction at the Lynn Pippenger School of Accountancy and currently serves as the Associate Dean for Financial Management and Business Operations for the Muma College of Business at the University of South Florida. Jennifer currently teaches large, mass lecture classes for introductory financial and managerial accounting. 

    During her teaching career, Cainas has taught and mentored over 25,000 business students and has won numerous teaching awards at the college, university, state, and national level, including the J. Michael and Mary Anne Cook/Deloitte Foundation Prize in 2024. She is also the faculty advisor for the Delta Gamma Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi and received the national outstanding faculty advisor award sponsored by RSM, both in 2023 and in 2013.

    Cainas completed her Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Florida and bachelor’s and graduate degrees in accountancy at the University of South Florida. She is also a licensed CPA in the State of Florida.

  • Luke Richardson

    FACULTY ADVISOR

    Luke Richardson is an associate professor of instruction and Kerkering Barberio Fellow in the Lynn Pippenger School of Accountancy. He teaches courses in taxation of individuals and business entities and is a past recipient of the Advisory Council’s Outstanding Teaching Award. He also serves as a faculty advisor for the Delta Gamma chapter of Beta Alpha Psi.

    Richardson, a licensed CPA and lawyer in Florida, worked with Deloitte prior to taking his position at the university. He serves as an editor and author on Pearson’s Federal Taxation textbook and has published articles in practitioner journals such as Tax Notes, The Tax Adviser, and the Journal of Accountancy. He also continues in his professional practice and has been featured as a tax expert in many print and television news media outlets.

    Richardson completed a juris doctorate at the Stetson University College of Law and bachelor’s and graduate degrees in accountancy at the University of South Florida.
