Rules for Registration: for Spring 2024 – Fall 2024, each firm can host:
- 1 Firm Meeting per academic year (Spring OR Fall)
- 2 Firm Socials per academic year (Spring AND Fall)
- Unlimited Community Service Opportunities
MEETINGS
Here is a list of available meeting dates updated upon approval. Firms will only be permitted to host one weekly meeting per school year (Spring OR Fall). If you are unable to host a weekly meeting this Spring, you will still be able to sign up for one in the Spring semester. This a friendly reminder as well that our calendar has essentially “reset” during the Spring. This means all firms who had a meeting last Spring semester can still sign-up for a meeting this Spring semester. However, if you sign-up for a meeting this semester, you will NOT be permitted to sign up for one in the Spring of 2024.
Meetings take place from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm in the Business Building (Atrium) on the USF Tampa campus in room BSN 225.

SOCIALS
Below is a list of available dates for socials. Firms will be permitted to host a maximum of two socials per school year (Spring AND Fall, if desired.) We will be hosting six socials this semester and the slots are based on the week. You will select the week you wish to host your event and will then select from the available days.
No firms will have a social in the same week as another firm to avoid conflicts with member attendance.
If you see a firm with a request for a date during the week you are interested in, please search for another week.

We have not yet finalized our plans for other events we hold throughout the year, such as our Golf Tournament, Scholarship Banquet, Meet the Firms, 2021 Banquet, or Mock Interviews. If you are interested in participating in or sponsoring these events, please contact me. We will notify you once our plans for these events are finalized.
