The Master Chorale of Tampa Bay is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper in their office on the USF Tampa campus. The position will require on average 2 hour per week and reports to the Director of Operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks is required. Prior experience working with a chorus, musical group, or other non-profit arts organization is highly desirable.
Duties Include:
Using Quickbooks to prepare and enter all of the following transactions:
- Deposits
- Bills
- Checks for payment
- Invoices
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- PayPal/Google checkout accounts
- Monthly sales tax
Run basic financial reports using Quickbooks (bi-monthly):
- Profit & Loss
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow
