The BAP Delta Gamma chapter has established a new best practice for firms to arrange meetings and socials with our organization. Our relationship with the all our business community supporters is very important to us. With this in mind, we wanted to create an efficient, fair, and transparent means of arranging both meetings and socials with our organization.

Starting June 6th we will open registration for both the Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 weekly meetings. Below is a recap of the new system:

• Registration opens Monday June 6^th.
• Firms may select one meeting for either the Fall or Spring semesters but not both.
• Dates for the meetings are available on a first come first serve basis.
• Firms will be able to indicate a first and second choice for a meeting topic as well as suggest a topic. The exact topic will be determined after the registration process is complete.
• Firms reserving a meeting with us will be given the opportunity to have a social with us the corresponding semester. For example, those selecting a Fall meeting date will be eligible for a Spring social.
• Firms will be able to reserve a week to hold the social on a first come first service basis. Details such as the exact date and type of activity will be determined at a later time. You will receive the link to the social reservations within the meeting reservation email confirmation.
• There are a limited number of meetings and socials available, so early registration is important. After the registration period closes if there are any available dates for socials remaining, we will open these dates to the firms who have a meeting scheduled for that semester.
